TOURIST VISA

• Submit your valid, signed U.S. Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining. WVT can assist with obtaining U.S. Passports, whether new issue, renewal, or obtaining additional visa pages for a valid passport.

• A letter with a request to issue a visa addressed to the Consular Section of the Embassy of Kazakhstan. Please, indicate the purpose of your trip, your contact in Kazakhstan, the dates of your planned trip, and places to be visited.

BUSINESS VISA

• Submit your valid, signed U.S. Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining. WVT can assist with obtaining U.S. Passports, whether new issue, renewal, or obtaining additional visa pages for a valid passport.

• A business letter (for business only) of responsibility is required, stating the nature of the business to be performed the name of the business reference to be visited, guarantee sufficient financial support for the visit, and guarantee return transportation to the USA.

• The business letter (for business only) should be signed by a company officer other than the applicant. Typed on your company letterhead and addressed to:

Embassy of Kazakhstan
Visa Section, Washington, DC.

Visa Information

• For business visa need an official invitation from authorized organization in the Kazakhstan. The organization must be duly registered in Kazakhstan. The invitation must state your name, dates of the visit, and cities to be visited. Organization in Kazakhstan must also have confirmation sent by the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan to their Embassy in Washington on your behalf.

• All foreign citizens must register at the local office of the Minister of Interior or at the hotel they are staying at within 72 hours upon arrival to Kazakhstan. Otherwise they will be fined by the immigration service.

• HIV test certificate for those applying for a visa for a duration of stay over 3 months.
• Tourist Visa issued only up to one month and as a single entry only.
