TOURIST VISA

• Submit your valid, signed U.S. Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining. WVT can assist with obtaining U.S. Passports, whether new issue, renewal, or obtaining additional visa pages for a valid passport.

• An official Arabic Translation performed by the Arab Chamber of Commerce in Washington DC, of your passport vital pages is required.

BUSINESS VISA

• Submit your valid, signed U.S. Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining. WVT can assist with obtaining U.S. Passports, whether new issue, renewal, or obtaining additional visa pages for a valid passport.

• An official Arabic Translation performed by the Arab Chamber of Commerce in Washington DC, of your passport vital pages is required.

• A business letter (for business only) of responsibility is required, stating the nature of the business to be performed the name of the business reference to be visited, guarantee sufficient financial support for the visit, and guarantee return transportation to the USA.

• The business letter (for business only) should be signed by a company officer other than the applicant. Typed on your company letterhead and addressed to:

Visa Section, Washington, DC.

Visa Information

• The LIBYAN tourist or business visa is usually issued for a single entries for a period of 90 days from date of issue, provided the passport remains valid for a period of stay not to exceed 30 days, or as approved in your authorization document.

• Passport must have at least six months remaining validity, and contain at least one blank visa page for visa to be issued.

Note:

There is 2 steps to process the Libyan Visa:

Step one: Your application will be hand carried to the Arab Chamber of Commerce to translate your passport vital pages to the Arabic translation (need 1-2 days to translate)

Step two: After we got the translation then we'll hand carry your application to the Libyan Embassy, consular section to process the visa (2-3days processing days)

The Consular Section closed on Friday.
