• A business letter of responsibility is required, stating the nature of the business to be performed the name of the business reference to be visited, guarantee sufficient financial support for the visit, and guarantee return transportation to the USA.

• The business letter should be signed by a company officer other than the applicant. Typed on your company letterhead and addressed to:

Visa Information

• Qatar tourist or business visas for US citizens are usually valid for a maximum period of one year from the date of issue, for a period of stay in Qatar as authorized on arrival.

• Reporters or Journalists must contact the Qatar Ministry of Information and Culture before submitting a visa application.

• Passports must have at least six months remaining validity and contain at least one blank visa page for visa to be issued.
