TOURIST VISA

Submit your valid, signed U.S. Passport, must have at least 3 months remaining. WVT can assist with obtaining U.S. Passports, whether new issue, renewal, or obtaining additional visa pages for a valid passport.
A standard tourist confirmation from a hosting authorized Russian travel agency or a hotel, registered with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a voucher from your hotel or travel agency in Russia. The confirmation must contain the agency’s reference number and registration number

BUSINESS VISA

Submit your valid, signed U.S. Passport, must have at least 3 months remaining. WVT can assist with obtaining U.S. Passports, whether new issue, renewal, or obtaining additional visa pages for a valid passport.
An official letter of invitation from the Russian Ministry of the Interior, its local offices or the Russian Foreign Ministry, its regional representatives, or any other authorized Russian agency. The letter must contain: official seal and legal address of the agency, document registration number, date of registration, signature and name of an authorized official, travel itinerary, dates of stay, names of persons invited. We reserve the right to request originals of letters of invitation
A cover letter from your company (or from yourself if you are traveling individually) with information about the traveler, destination, terms, purpose of the trip and address it to:

HOMESTAY/PRIVATE VISA

Submit your valid, signed U.S. Passport, must have at least 3 months remaining. WVT can assist with obtaining U.S. Passports, whether new issue, renewal, or obtaining additional visa pages for a valid passport.
Original OVIR permission - IZVESHCHENIE.Your relatives or friends in Russia should obtain IZVESHCHENIE for you from local authorities (OVIR) and send it to your address in the USA. IZVESHCHENIE is valid within one year from the date indicated therein. The period of stay in Russia is shown in a separate paragraph and must not exceed 90 days.
In case of emergency (unexpected illness, death of relatives) visas can be obtained upon submitting a certified cable from a doctor of a Russian clinic or a copy of death certificate.
