Visa Instruction Sheet

• A business letter of responsibility is required, stating the nature of the business to be performed the name of the business reference to be visited, guarantee sufficient financial support for the visit, and guarantee return transportation to the USA.

• The business letter should be signed by a company officer other than the applicant. Typed on your company letterhead and addressed to:

Visa Information

• The UKRAINE tourist or business visa is issued for a single entry or double entry within six months of issue date, for the dates of entry and exit not to exceed those stated on your application form and invitation or confirmation. The usual period of stay does not exceed three months upon applications to a local OVIR, extension is possible for a maximum stay of six months.
